- 結合本校餐旅與休閒等特色領域，發展具實務導向之《華語食光 My Mandarin Time》教材，強化學生於專業情境中的華語應用能力。
- 採小班制教學，重視師生互動，並依學生程度與學習需求進行適性指導與學習輔導。
- 結合多媒體與互動式教學方式，提升學生學習動機與學習成效，增進課堂參與及語言實際運用能力。

- The program adopts teaching materials such as A Course in Contemporary Chinese and Light Taiwan, featuring a well-structured curriculum that progressively develops students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- To integrate the university’s specialized fields, including hospitality and leisure management, the center has also developed the practical-oriented teaching material My Mandarin Time, which strengthens students’ ability to use Mandarin in professional and real-world contexts.
