教學理念與目標 Teaching philosophy & goals
本中心課程重視聽、說、讀、寫四項語言技能之培養，教授漢語拼音與正體字，並強調手寫練習；學生作業與各項考試須以手寫方式完成。
課堂教學以華語為主要授課語言，並鼓勵學生於語文中心內外盡量使用華語進行溝通，以營造全華語學習環境。
每學季課程進度原則上約為14課（冬季班約為12課），實際教學進度將依學生程度與學習狀況彈性調整。
各級課程學習重點如下：
• 初級班：每學季約習得500個詞彙。
• 中級班：每學季約習得1,000–1,200個詞彙。
• 高級班：學習內容將依當期課程安排與班級狀況調整。
課程設有作業、小考、期中及期末考，以確保學生學習成效。
本中心將於每學期結束時評估學生之學習表現，作為下期分班安排及是否得以續讀之參考依據。
The Center’s courses emphasize the development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Students learn Hanyu Pinyin and Traditional Chinese characters, with a strong focus on handwriting practice. All assignments and exams must be completed in handwritten form.
Classes are conducted primarily in Mandarin Chinese, and students are encouraged to use Mandarin whenever possible both inside and outside the Chinese Language Center to create a fully immersive Mandarin environment.
Each semester consists of approximately 14 lessons (12 lessons for the winter term). Actual progress may vary depending on students’ proficiency levels and learning pace.
Learning objectives by level:
• Beginner: Learn approximately 500 vocabulary words per semester.
• Intermediate: Learn approximately 1,000–1,200 vocabulary words per semester.
• Advanced: Course content and vocabulary will be adjusted according to the semester’s reading materials and class needs.
The curriculum includes assignments, quizzes, midterm, and final exams to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Students’ learning performance is assessed at the end of each semester and will serve as a reference for class placement and eligibility to continue in the next term.
