報名方式/Application Method
1. 線上報名：直接填寫本申請表並於表單中上傳相關申請文件。
Online Submission: Complete this application form and upload the required documents through the form.
2.電子郵件提交：填寫申請表並備妥相關文件後，寄送至本中心電子信箱：tnuhuayu@gae.tnu.edu.tw
Email Submission: Complete the application form and send it with the required documents to our email address: tnuhuayu@gae.tnu.edu.tw
3.郵寄提交：填寫申請表並備妥相關文件紙本（影本），依招生簡章所列地址寄送至本中心。
Mail Submission: Complete the application form and send hard copies of the required documents to our center’s address according to the admission brochure.
4.報名須備文件/Required Application
• 最高學歷證明影本
Copy of highest education diploma
• 成績單影本
Academic transcript
• 財力證明（須達美金 2,000 元以上）
Financial statement (minimum USD 2,000)
• 護照或國籍證明影本
A copy of passport or other proof of nationality
• 其他有利審查之文件（如：語言證照、獎狀等）
Submit all application documents via email or postal mail.
