报名方式/Application Method
1. 线上报名：直接填写本申请表并于表单中上传相关申请文件。
Online Submission: Complete this application form and upload the required documents through the form.
2.电子邮件提交：填写申请表并备妥相关文件后，寄送至本中心电子信箱：tnuhuayu@gae.tnu.edu.tw
Email Submission: Complete the application form and send it with the required documents to our email address: tnuhuayu@gae.tnu.edu.tw
3.邮寄提交：填写申请表并备妥相关文件纸本（影本），依招生简章所列地址寄送至本中心。
Mail Submission: Complete the application form and send hard copies of the required documents to our center’s address according to the admission brochure.
4.报名须备文件/Required Application
• 最高学历证明影本
Copy of highest education diploma
• 成绩单影本
Academic transcript
• 财力证明（须达美金 2,000 元以上）
Financial statement (minimum USD 2,000)
• 护照或国籍证明影本
A copy of passport or other proof of nationality
• 其他有利审查之文件（如：语言证照、奖状等）
Submit all application documents via email or postal mail.
