本中心行政办公室设于和平楼201室，提供华语生报名、课程谘询，以及签证、居留与在台生活及学习相关之行政与辅导服务，致力营造友善支持之学习环境，以提升其学习成效与生活适应能力。
The administrative office of the Center is located in Room 201, Heping Building. It provides Mandarin students with services including registration, course consultation, and administrative and counseling support related to visas, residency, and living and studying in Taiwan, aiming to create a friendly and supportive learning environment and enhance their learning outcomes and life adaptation.
2. 多功能教室 Purpose Faculty Room
多功能教室位于和平楼202室，提供数码学习、模拟测验、课后辅导、教师研习、专题讲座及会议交流等多元用途，为本中心教学、学习与交流的重要空间。
The multipurpose classroom is located in Room 202 of Heping Building. It serves various purposes, including digital learning, mock examinations, after-class tutoring, teacher training, special lectures, meetings, and academic exchanges. It is an important space for teaching, learning, and communication at the Center.
3. 休憩与自修教室 Student Lounge and Self-Study Room
休憩与自修教室位于和平楼203室，提供学生课后自习、小组讨论及休憩使用，营造舒适且完善的学习环境，提升自主学习成效与交流互动品质。
The Student Lounge and Self-Study Room is located in Room 203 of Heping Building. It provides students with a comfortable space for self-study, group discussions, and relaxation after class, creating a supportive learning environment that enhances independent learning and encourages interaction and collaboration.
4. 教室 Classroom
本中心教室设于和平楼3楼，提供完善教学设备与舒适环境，支援教师授课及学生互动，营造安全、专注且友善的学习空间，提升课堂参与与学习成效。
The Center’s classrooms are located on the 3rd floor of Heping Building, equipped with complete teaching facilities and a comfortable environment to support instruction and student interaction, fostering a safe, focused, and friendly learning space that enhances classroom participation and learning outcomes.
5.文化课程教室 Cultural Activities Classroom
文化课程教室位于和平楼302室，提供文化体验课程、文化交流活动、专题讲座及研习等多元教学与活动使用，透过丰富的文化实作与互动交流，提升学生对台湾文化的认识与跨文化沟通能力。
The Cultural Activities Classroom is located in Room 302 of Heping Building. It is used for cultural experience courses, cultural exchange activities, special lectures, workshops, and various educational programs. Through hands-on cultural activities and interactive exchanges, students gain a deeper understanding of Taiwanese culture and strengthen their cross-cultural communication skills.
