负责本中心整体规划与督导,其职掌如下:

  1. 综理本中心教学、行政及学生生活辅导等各项业务。
  2. 规划本中心中长程发展方向、年度工作计画及重点推动事项。
  3. 督导华语课程规划、教学品质与学生学习成效。
  4. 督导行政与辅导业务之执行与成效。
  5. 负责校内跨单位协调及对外联系事宜。
  6. 主持中心相关会议,统整并决议重要业务事项。

Responsible for the overall planning and supervision of the Center. The duties are as follows:

  1. To oversee and manage all affairs of the Center, including teaching, administration, and student life counseling.

  2. To plan the Center’s mid- and long-term development strategies, annual work plans, and key initiatives.

  3. To supervise the planning of Chinese language courses, teaching quality, and student learning outcomes.

  4. To oversee the implementation and effectiveness of administrative and counseling services.

  5. To coordinate with various university units and maintain external communications and collaborations.

  6. To preside over meetings related to the Center and make decisions on important administrative matters.

行政专员/ Administrative Officer

负责学生行政管理、生活辅导及支援性业务,其职掌如下:

  1. 办理招生、报名、注册、学籍管理及相关行政作业。
  2. 规划并执行外籍学生生活辅导、文化适应及关怀措施。
  3. 提供签证、居留证、保险及在台就学相关行政谘询与协助。
  4. 办理新生始业辅导、周班会、个别晤谈及学生关怀纪录。
  5. 执行学生生活安全宣导与关怀机制。
  6. 办理本中心经费控管及行政财务相关事宜。
  7. 规划与执行文化交流活动、校园体验及相关推广活动。
  8. 协助处理学生紧急事件或突发事故之通报、联系与后续关怀。
  9. 提供学生学习与生活相关谘询,并协助安排教师与学生晤谈时间(Office Hours)。

Responsible for student administrative management, student life counseling, and support services. The duties are as follows:

  1. To handle admissions, applications, registration, student status management, and related administrative affairs.

  2. To plan and implement life guidance, cultural adaptation, and care measures for international students.

  3. To provide administrative consultation and assistance regarding visas, residence permits, insurance, and studying in Taiwan.

  4. To organize new student orientation, weekly class meetings, individual counseling sessions, and maintain student care records.

  5. To implement student safety education and care mechanisms.

  6. To manage the Center’s budget control and handle administrative and financial affairs.

  7. To plan and implement cultural exchange activities, campus experience programs, and related promotional events.

  8. To assist in handling student emergencies or unexpected incidents, including reporting, coordination, and follow-up care.
  9. ​To provide consultation on students’ academic and daily life matters, and assist in arranging meeting times between teachers and students (Office Hours).
