新生健康检查须知 Health Check Guidelines for New Students
1. 体检日期：依学校安排。
2. 体检方式：
o 学校委讬医院到校体检（自费约 720 元），或学生可至卫保组领取表格自行至医院体检。
3. 检查项目：
o 一般理学检查：身高、体重、血压、视力、色盲、听力、腰围
o 尿液检查：尿糖、尿潜血、酸碱值、尿蛋白、白血球、尿胆红素、酮体、比重、尿胆素原、亚硝酸盐
o 血液检查：白血球、红血球、血色素、血球容积比、平均血球容积、红血球血色素量、红血球血红素浓度、血小板
o 肝功能检查：SGOT、SGPT
o 血脂肪检查：总胆固醇、三酸甘油脂
o 肾功能检查：肌酸酐、尿酸、血中尿素氮
o B型肝炎检查：表面抗原、表面抗体、e抗原
o X光检查：胸部 X 光（数码）
o 牙科检查
o 医师谘询
4. 注意事项：
o 承办医院：财团法人天主教耕莘医院
o 体检费用：自费约 720 元，当日缴交
o 抽血注意事项：抽血后压住 3~5 分钟，不揉捏；若晕眩请蹲下；血肿可热敷
o X 光注意事项：衣物口袋勿置物、勿穿金属扣衣物、项鍊先取下

1. Health Check Date: Arranged by the university.
2. Procedure:
o University-arranged on-campus check (self-pay approx. NT$720) or students may pick up a form from the Health & Safety Office and go to any hospital.
3. Examination Items:
o General physical: height, weight, blood pressure, vision, color blindness, hearing, waist circumference
o Urine test: glucose, occult blood, pH, protein, WBC, bilirubin, ketone, specific gravity, urobilinogen, nitrite
o Blood test: WBC, RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC, platelets
o Liver function: SGOT, SGPT
o Lipid profile: total cholesterol, triglycerides
o Kidney function: creatinine, uric acid, BUN
o Hepatitis B: HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg
o X-ray: digital chest X-ray
o Dental check
o Physician consultation
4. Notes:
o Hospital: St. Joseph’s Hospital
o Fee: self-pay approx. NT$720, pay on the day
o Blood draw: press the puncture site 3–5 min, do not massage; if dizzy, squat; minor hematoma can be treated with warm compress
o X-ray: empty pockets, no metal buttons, remove necklaces
