招生对象-Admission Target
- 年满 18 岁以上之外籍人士或侨外学生。
- 具高中（含）以上毕业资格者。
- 对学习华语及认识台湾文化有兴趣者。
- 无华语基础者亦可报名。

Foreign nationals or overseas Chinese students aged 18 or above.
- Applicants must have graduated from senior high school or hold an equivalent qualification.
- Applicants who are highly motivated to learn Mandarin Chinese and explore Taiwanese culture.
- Beginners with no prior Chinese language background are also welcome to apply.
